    In recent years, the employment rate of undergraduate students in the college has remained above 90%, the quality of employment is good, the proportion of civil servants admitted is high, and the employment is concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region. The employment rate of postgraduates has been maintained at 100% for five consecutive years, and the employment direction of students is mainly administrative and public institutions. The satisfaction degree of students and employers is more than 95%.

    Each year, the college invites a number of large-scale companies related to the major of the college to hold a special job fair for graduates, invites excellent alumni and professional mentors of related majors to communicate with the college, sets up a career planning student organization, and assists the college students to clarify their career direction. The college strongly supports students' innovation and entrepreneurship, holds auxiliary internship and employment related activities such as career salon and resume production competition; follows up the employment situation, visits graduates' work places, and expresses sympathy and concern for graduates' work situation.     The four majors of law, Chinese language and literature, history and philosophy of our college have set up more than 40 off campus practice teaching bases in Dongguan Third People's court, Zhaoqing Museum, Haizhu District Culture Museum, China Hakka Museum and other units. Students can use winter and summer holidays as well as their own needs to choose practice locations. 5.    Innovation and Entrepreneurship

    Under the guidance of the national mass entrepreneurship and innovation spirit, and under the correct guidance of the Party committee of the college, based on the discipline characteristics and professional advantages, the college regards doing a good job in innovation and entrepreneurship as an important means to strengthen the construction of the style of study, forming a new pattern of promoting the construction of the style of study with innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting entrepreneurship with innovation, and bringing employment with entrepreneurship.     The college actively encourages college students to participate in national, provincial and school level innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, so as to achieve the effect of promoting innovation, learning and competition. Students' attention and participation in innovation and entrepreneurship are increasing year by year, and they have also achieved good results. Among them, Li Huixian's students founded the micro bean Network Technology Co., Ltd., China's first Internet plus student innovation and entrepreneurship competition bronze medal. Chen Zhixiong also successfully founded the Network Technology Co., Ltd., and 12 students won the silver medal and bronze award of the Challenge Cup youth competition.
