In the Ffifth "Mmodel Lleading Projectplan", "star ofhuannong" and "star of learning" of our college,Hhuang CcansSsong shared that he has been ranked first by in hisacademic performance for three consecutive years and won threenational scholarships. As a top n excellent college student, heshowed us the elegant demeanor that  demonstrate the virtues that acollege student should havea college student should have: he isresponsible, has the ideal and is down-to-earthresponsibility anddiligence. "Military training is a good opportunity to trainourselves. Through military training, we can cultivate ourperseverance and become more self-disciplined, confident andself-reliant,." said Huang. He believeds that onlyself-discipline, self-confidence. At the same time, he encouraged usto be studious, thoughtful and practical, to apply what we havelearned to practice, to have a historical spirit of connecting thepast with the future and the feelings of our country.

As for the balance between study and students' work, shepointed out that learning is fundamental, and only by properlyallocating time and learning how to learn can one get good grades. InAs for the personal life, she encourageds the studentsus to relaxunder high pressure and learn to enjoy life. "It's important toknow yourself, to find your strengths, to face your weaknesses, to bethe person you want to be." Her sharing encouraged thehumanities students of Class the class of 2018 to find their own wayforward.

She founded GguangzZzhou Llaw Ggiant Llegal AaidCconsulting Sservice Cco., LTD. On her way to start her own business,she never forgot the society, publicized the law for public benefitand gave back to the society. During the exchange meeting, shesShared with us some sSuggestions for college students to start theirown business. First, take part in at least one academic, practical orentrepreneurial project and exercise yourself. Second, do what youwant and believe you can do it. Third, a good team is halfwinning,the battle, but you don't have to stick to the team andbelieve that you can do it alone. Fourth, make good use of theresources around you and seize the opportunities. After listening toher sharing, the audience was full of passion, which aroused theenthusiasm of humanities students for innovation andentrepreneurship.

In the drillmasterinstructor corps, shegained the most valuable friendship, and developed a kind of learnedto be self-disciplined and  diligentperseverance. She tookakes 1500meterm running as an example. She traineds herself with high-standardand high-intensity training, and finally she can acquired higherskills and abilities. She encouraged the students of Class class of2018 to pass on the outstanding spirit of the drillmasterinstructors.
